TELUS Garden Has A Mission

When TELUS garden was first envisioned, we saw an opportunity to surpass current building technology and contribute towards a solution to the biggest threat of our generation: global warming. Every aspect of the project's architecture, mechanical design and energy resource utilization provides energy-saving solutions. When compared to other office environments, TELUS garden office building will use approximately 30% less energy. With the additional use of recaptured heat from the TELUS data centre, the total system results in an overall 80% reduction in grid energy demand for heating and cooling.
